During my time at IBM I managed to contribute to the improvement of the company's internal processes, I worked hand in hand with other practitioners from different areas where we applied the Garage methodology to carry out the project. In my role I was carrying out research and design tasks.
The project sought to improve the intern hiring process, we managed to develop an MVP that focused on improving the experience of both the interns when entering the company, as well as the experience of the hiring area.
I was also collaborating in the Claro Perú team, where I helped in the research and ideation process for the creation of a communications guide in which all the guidelines found in the different guides implemented so far for the communication channels were consolidated. communication. Additionally, I was supporting the After-Sales team where I had the opportunity to map and build the Mi Claro App flows again, and in another application I was able to reconstruct some flows that were outdated and deteriorated due to a file migration and also collaborate in the creation of components and libraries.
Open Innovation Bootcamp

I had the opportunity to participate in this challenge held in October 2023 that was taught by Háptica in alliance with Previsora. Here I performed user research and interface design functions.
With our “Azul” team we managed to win first place in the challenge, providing a solution to the problem exposed where it was necessary to make a proposal to improve the digital payments ecosystem in La Previsora; It was not so easy, we faced obstacles such as working as a team with people we did not know, time was not in our favor either since we had just over a month to present our proposal and initially we did not know how to carry out the research since they would not provide us with users for this.
We were able to learn about Service Design and also apply Design Thinking techniques, we did research that allowed us to arrive at an MVP that was selected for the value it would generate for the company and the improvement to the user experience, this MVP will be implemented during the current year.
